Bring the sources your team
already trusts.
15Rock works from the source materials you provide — uploaded documents, spreadsheets, data-room exports, public sources, licensed research where your team has rights, and internal system exports. No direct CRM, HRIS, or BI integrations are assumed. Sources enter a private workspace, get registered in a versioned source map, and flow through the reviewer loop into cited decision artifacts.
Every source maps to a claim, and every claim maps to a reviewer.
Source map → claim engine → workflow engine → draft artifact → reviewer loop → decision pack. The same six stages whether the input is a single PDF or a data-room export.

Decision pack
Export memo · brief · board pack
Six categories of source material.
Provide what your team already works from. There is no requirement to wire 15Rock into a vendor system.
Uploaded documents
PDFs, DOCX, PPT — filings, transcripts, expert call notes, broker decks, prior memos. Drag-and-drop into a private workspace; each file is registered in the source map with its provenance and version.
Spreadsheets & CSV exports
Operating models, KPI tables, peer benchmarks, board materials, portfolio reports. Provide the file your team already maintains; the workflow engine reads it without forcing a re-key.
Data-room materials
CIMs, QoEs, management call notes, expert interviews, financial models. Provide the data-room export your deal team is already working from — no direct CRM or VDR connection assumed.
Public & licensed research
SEC and EDGAR filings, earnings transcripts, regulatory filings, market reports, news archives, and broker research where your team is licensed. Provide the source or paste a URL; the reviewer loop records the citation.
Internal exports
CRM exports, portfolio dashboards, ops metrics, deal memos, prior IC packs. Export from the system your team trusts; 15Rock does not require a live integration.
Decision artifact exports
Ship outputs as PDF, DOCX, PPT, CSV, or a structured evidence appendix (JSON where scoped). Hand off to IC, board, LP, or client; every claim carries its source.
Source-level provenance, claim-level citations, reviewer sign-off before export.
Your source materials live in a permissioned workspace. Outputs cite back to the exact page, table, or transcript line. Reviewers approve or flag at the claim level. The audit trail exports with the artifact.
Private workspace
Your sources stay in a permissioned workspace. Data is not used to train shared models.
Versioned source map
Every source registered, hashed, time-stamped, and linked to the claims it supports.
Reviewer sign-off before export
Analysts approve, flag, or rewrite at the claim level before any artifact leaves the workspace.
Decision artifacts, in the formats your team already uses.
Direct system-to-system delivery is not assumed. If your workflow genuinely needs it, it can be scoped during the pilot — but the core promise is exportable, defensible artifacts that drop into the tools your team already uses.
Bring one workflow. We’ll bring the evidence path.
Start with one workflow — diligence memo, market brief, risk rating, board pack, or value-creation plan — using sources you already have. We’ll ship a cited draft in a private workspace.
How the workflow runs
Six terms you'll see across the product. Each maps to a concrete artifact, not a marketing concept.
Source map
Every trusted input — filings, broker research, internal models, regulatory data — registered and verified before it can be cited.
Claim engine
Maps each assertion in a draft to the evidence span it came from. Unsupported claims surface before review.
Workflow engine
Your methodology — IC framework, scoring rubric, red-flag library — running as a repeatable workflow, not a prompt.
Reviewer loop
Analyst review at the claim level. Approve, flag, or rewrite — every action recorded against the evidence.
Decision pack
The output: memo, brief, or board pack — every paragraph traceable to its source.
Audit trail
Every source ingestion, claim mapping, reviewer action, and export — captured and exportable with the artifact.
Start small
Most teams begin with one workflow, one source set, and one output.
