Senior strategist with a career defined by nine-figure impact across KPMG and Morgan Stanley joins 15Rock to set the methodological standard for AI-driven financial intelligence

TORONTO, ON — April 14, 2026 — 15Rock Inc. today announced the appointment of Rajan Sharma to lead financial intelligence strategy. Sharma will set the strategic direction, methodological standard, and domain governance for the firm’s valuation, benchmarking, and financial analytical capabilities.

Based out of Montreal and Toronto, Sharma is a career strategist and financial advisor whose work has consistently operated at the intersection of capital allocation, enterprise transformation, and executive decision-making. His career spans KPMG and Morgan Stanley, where he advised C-suite executives, board-level steering committees, and institutional investment decision-makers on strategic initiatives with material financial impact.

At KPMG, Sharma shaped how banking and financial services clients evaluated and committed capital to enterprise-scale transformation. His strategic advisory work informed investment decisions at the multi-million dollar level, and his commercial origination efforts were directly responsible for identifying, positioning, and winning competitive advisory mandates that drove revenue growth for the practice. At Morgan Stanley, he was entrusted with the financial architecture of a major infrastructure programme, where his analytical framework became the foundation for a nine-figure capital allocation decision identifying approximately $106 million in strategic cost advantage—work consumed directly by senior executive leadership.

His broader advisory career extends across private equity, financial services, healthcare, and industrials, with a consistent focus on translating complex strategic and financial problems into structured, defensible, institutional-grade analytical outputs—the same discipline that defines 15Rock’s approach to financial intelligence. Sharma holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, a Master’s in Management from NEOMA Business School (France), and an engineering degree.

“Rajan is a practitioner whose career has been defined by one thing: making sure the financial analysis behind major decisions is right,” said Gautam, CEO and Founder of 15Rock. “He has advised at the highest levels, on decisions at the largest scale, and in environments where every number must be defensible. That is exactly the standard we hold our platform to. His appointment raises the ceiling on what 15Rock can credibly deliver to institutional clients.”
